My live has been revolving with bad timing, so when it comes to excruciating toothache happens on midnight of Saturday during covid19 pandemic. I woke up at 2 in the morning with the worst tooth pain in my entire life. It was so painful i stayed up after that crying. Dr. Sanjeev Sharma literally saved my life. I was in severe pain caused by the wisdom tooth and the damaged tooth to the point that the whole left side of my head was hurting so much. I called in at 9:30am and briefly explained my situation to Dr. Sharma. He told me to come in at 11:00am (I've called a few other places beforehand and had no luck in making same day appointment). Like everyone else, I have this fear and anxiety in going to dentists. However, the group of staff was so friendly and nice. In spite of how annoying I was (I kept saying I'm scared and nervous haha), they constantly tried to calm me down. Every time I have a teeth problem, Dr. Sharma is only one call away. It’s very easy to get appointment here. Usually when I call other dental office, it’s really hard to get appointment. But here they take emergency patients and very flexible with the appointments. I have been going to Dr. Sharma for a while now. He took care of my all wisdom teeth. Excellent service thought, receptionist was very friendly and calm answering all my concerns after my crown from a different dentist became lose from eating some tough bead. After a quick x-ray they determined that it just needed to be re-tightened which was quick and painless. Fortunately for me the post was undamaged. Dr. Sharma has been treating me for over a year now since I moved to the Bay Area. He is spectacular. His office is state of the art with a beautiful reception with refreshments and comfortable seating. The dental section is spotlessly clean and well lit. All of his equipment is top of the line and brand new. He did a root canal and crown for me on a tooth that had cracked from having a cavity. He not only performed the entire root canal without me experiencing any discomfort or pain. He also was able to make my replacement crown with a cutting edge 3D milling machine. It was most impressive to walk in at 1pm needing a root canal and crown and walk out a little after 5pm with the entire procedure complete, including the crown! Not a temporary crown but that actual crown! HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you see Dr. Sharma for your dental needs. 5 stars isn’t enough for Dr. Sharma, he deserves 10.

My Molar was giving me unbelievable pain over the weekend. By the time Monday rolled around I could not bare it anymore. I searched for an ASAP dentist and came across Sharma Dental Center. I decided to visit Sharma Dental intuitively. It was not referred to me by anyone but my previous choice of dentists based on referrals weren’t stellar anyway. And boy am I glad to have given my gut feeling a chance. My appointment was made the same day, with absolute ease. The front desk staff were very cordial and followed the COVID 19 precautions to perfection. Even the device I was given to sign on was freshly wrapped in plastic and handed over to me. The office was clean, welcoming and sterile. I felt very secure choosing to visit during these strange, apprehensive times. The actual procedure was a precautionary one. Dr Sharma answered all questions and offered the most detailed insight into what was to be done to preserve my dental health. It was a no brainer to take the measures suggested. The procedure was done in a jiffy, and I could sense how trained, skilled and meticulous Dr.Sharma is at what he does. His assistant was extra gentle and kept on checking about my comfort and pain level all through the procedure. I felt really cared for and nothing was pushed or rushed. My whole appointment was done in less than an hour from diagnosis to treatment. We have a lot of stigma around dental practices and I understand some of it. I walked out of Dr.Sharma’s office with renewed faith in the dental professionals. I felt like speaking to Family member that had my best interest in his mind. And I cannot harp enough about how painless and perfect the whole experience was. I am glad I took a chance and I highly recommend giving this dental office a chance. I had a wonderful experience at Sharma Dental Center from start to finish. I had been looking for a good dentist with flexible hours because I work 8am-5pm and could not make it to many of the offices around the area. I stumbled on the office. I walked in and was greeted immediately by very nice front office staff. I told them about my difficult schedule and they were so flexible to accommodate to my needs. I also did not know my insurance information and they worked very hard to help me figure that out before the exam. I had two visits with Dr. Sharma and they were both very pleasant. He took the time to educate me about the procedures he would be performing and told me about new ways to improve my dental hygiene. He also informed me of possible other procedures that I may want/need in the future which is nice because now I have time to do some research about it and get comfortable with it. Dr. Sharma made sure I was comfortable during the procedures and let me take frequent breaks. He was very patient and never made me feel bad about giving input about how I was feeling. He also has newer equipment than other offices I have been to which made the X-rays more comfortable and the patient education component easier to follow when he showed me pictures of my own teeth. I called Dr Sharma on a Saturday morning with half of my upper temp/perm denture in my hand. My uppers were more than half empty. I play trumpet and need my teeth and had a music performance on Sunday. Dr Sharma and all of his staff were very nice to me and made me feel very comfortable. Guys!!! This dentist is amazing! I am from Southern California so unfortunately, not my normal dentist. I had gotten my wisdom teeth removed (in S. CA) on a Wednesday, Friday I went back in with horrible pain from one extraction site. The dentist looked at it, said everything looked great and I was experiencing normal healing and that it was normal to have "discomfort". I should note that I am nursing my son so all I could take was ibuprofen and I thought that was the reason the pain was so intense. On Sunday, I flew with my husband and ten month old son to San Jose. Finally on Monday evening I broke down to my husband about the pain. I was up every hour with throbbing pain. I hadn't been able to lay down in almost a week. I could barely talk because of the pain. My husband called Dr. Sharma and explained the situation. They said to come right in and even said they would stay open late if we couldn't make it in time. We get to his office, I explain what is happening, explain that I have a terrible fear of the dentist, all while trying to hold in tears. The woman at the front desk HELD MY BABY so my husband could hold my hand! She was an angel. Seriously, he was so happy chatting away with her and it was one less thing I had to worry about! Dr. Sharma looked at my mouth, said I did have a dry socket and that he could pack it. I was a shaking, sobbing mess! He was SO UNBELIEVABLY patient. He cleaned the site, packed it, and I was done! For the first time in almost a week I had no excruciating, radiating pain. He was absolutely my blessing. That night was the first night I was able to sleep laying down!! I slept without waking from pain (I only woke when my son did lol). He even repacked it for me, with no charge(!!!), before I flew home. I got jaw dislocation on Sunday night and couldn't even close my mouth for more than 30 minutes.I searched on yelp and found out Sharma Dental Center can provide urgent care so I decided to give Doctor a call and see if he could fix my problem. I went in for a dental emergency which was not previously detected they my regular dentist. Dr. Sharma let me at 11pm to help me with this dire situation, which ended up being an old, badly infected root canal. I was in the most excruciating pain of my life and felt quite helpless. As the year end was approaching, I decided to move forward with this. It's not easy finding an appointment slot as lot of people are rushing to use their benefits before the year ends. I was referred to the Sharma Dental Center by a friend, and I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Getting checked in the was normal process you would expect at any clinic. There was one thing that was a little disappointing: the tools were not set up for the procedure, so the hygienist kept having to go get things as there wasn't sufficient prep done. Though, having an appointment that was booked less than three hours prior made this very understandable. A root canal needs lots of tools, instruments, attachments, plugs, etc. That being said, the Dr was very proficient in his work and the effects after the temp filling were in line with the Dr's explanation (should be no pain, just some tenderness and feels funny when you chew on it, but it doesn't hurt). I ate fine that night and the next day experienced no issues. Would recommend others check out this clinic.

We just recently moved to Dublin and at one point we knew we had to find a new dentist. Last night part of my old tooth filling came out and I was so uncomfortable. I searched and Dr. Sharma's practice came up as being open on the weekend. I called the office at 9 pm thinking I have to leave a message , Dr.Sharma picked up the phone himself and he told me that he is open until 11 pm and if my pain was severe he could see me right away. I made an appointment with him for 10am today and my experience with him and his assistant Christina was amazing. He was very gentle and within 30 minutes my tooth was fixed. We have found our dentist who genuinely cares for his patients well being.

I called them today after I fell and cracked my tooth. Dr.Sharma stayed open past working hours to see me. He waited after closing hours and I showed him my broken tooth. First words he said to me were "We are going to fix this today and right now". I felt so blessed. He made me super comfortable. He stayed up late into the night working on my teeth with his entire staff. No rush and no hurry to go home. I am so blessed. I had a wonderful experience at Sharma Dental Center from start to finish. I had been looking for a good dentist with flexible hours because I work 8am-5pm and could not make it to many of the offices around the area. I stumbled on the office. I walked in and was greeted immediately by very nice front office staff. I told them about my difficult schedule and they were so flexible to accommodate to my needs. I also did not know my insurance information and they worked very hard to help me figure that out before the exam. I had two visits with Dr. Sharma and they were both very pleasant. He took the time to educate me about the procedures he would be performing and told me about new ways to improve my dental hygiene. He also informed me of possible other procedures that I may want/need in the future which is nice because now I have time to do some research about it and get comfortable with it. Dr. Sharma made sure I was comfortable during the procedures and let me take frequent breaks. He was very patient and never made me feel bad about giving input about how I was feeling. He also has newer equipment than other offices I have been to which made the X-rays more comfortable and the patient education component easier to follow when he showed me pictures of my own teeth. Overall, I had a very positive experience here and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Thank you Sharma Dental Center, I am in no more pain! Cracked a tooth and was able to get in early on a Sunday more to have it extracted. I am usually a nervous wreck at the dentist and 9 out of 10 time need full sedation in order for them to even get me to sit down. I am a dentophobe! That being said, this is the best treatment and care I’ve experienced by a dental professional in my entire life. I had a major tooth infection, so bad it woke me at 3am! I searched for emergency dental professionals and all arrows pointed to Dr Sharma. I called the number thinking at best I’d get an answering service and the doctor answered directly! I was able to get an appt later in the morning as I’d taken some ibuprofen by then. I was in and out in under 2 hours, felt absolutely zero pain! The absolute best part is not only was the doctor very kind, he was patient and not at all condescending. I need a lot of work to be done, and he was very patient and open to discuss later without any pressure. His entire staff from the moment I entered up to the way out the door were extremely professional and kind. I should say that I was fortunate to meet Dr. Sharma. I was not recommended by anyone to meet him for my dental issues, but when I asked Siri to show me good dentist near me, it bought up his name, and boy I should thank my smart phone. This dentistry office deserves every bit of its phenomenal rating on yelp. I absolutely hate dentist visits, but the people here are amazing. They were able to fit me in within 2 hours of calling with an urgent issue that developed, provided immediate relief, and set up follow up appointments as needed to keep things on the right track. I've been worked on by both dentists here and find them both to be caring, warm, attentive, and skilled. I never felt pressured to pursue aggressive treatment I didn't need, which seems to be a very common complaint on other bay area dentistry yelp pages. The steps they did take provided immediate relief and set me on a path to resolving and preventing my issue in the future. I hate anything related to dental work but Dr. Sharma and his assistant changed that for me! They did amazing work in my a particular case. I had excruciating jaw pain a few months ago on a Saturday night and immediately went to Yelp to search for urgent dental care. Luckily, I found Dr. Sharma as one of the few in the Tri-Valley area who provided emergency care beyond normal business hours and called him. After explaining my symptoms he explained he would need to take an x-ray to identify the exact issue and then to proceed from there .I happily agreed and arrived to the office by 10:45pm. I waited in the parking lot a few minutes as he arrived with his assistant to open his establishment just for me. They were quick to sign me in as a new patient and begin an x-ray to find the root problem, pun intended loll. Anyways, he identified the problem and completed the extraction with no pain during the entire process at all. I was out within 45 minutes and couldn't be happier. oh and lastly, I expected to pay 2-3 times beyond the normal rate considering it was on-call emergency care on a weekend night but ended up paying less than the average rate. They did a great job for me. I was unable to find a dentist to do the work I needed on short notice. They used just the right amount of numbing medicine and were so fast. Painless experience.
